Abstract:This paper reports the field emission (FE) characteristics of a diamond nanowires (DNWs) array. The nanocrystalline diamond (NCD) film was deposited on silicon by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposited (MPCVD) and then annealed in air forming DNWs and hydrogenated at last.
