High-Performance BiCMOS Transimpedance Amplifiers for Fiber-Optic Receivers

Abstract: High gain, wide bandwidth, low noise, and low-power transimpedance amplifiers based on new BiCMOS common- base topologies have been designed for fiber-optic receivers.
