Abstract:BACKGROUND: Premature Rupture of Membranes (PROM) is significantly linked to the infections-related maternal deaths. In the inflammatory process, the influencing stressor will stimulate the activation of Nuclear Factor Kappa B (NF-κB) and Receptor of Advanced Gyclation End product (RAGE).
