High-Mobility Group Box-1 Modulates the Expression of Inflammatory and Angiogenic Signaling Pathways in Diabetic Retina

Abstract: Our findings suggest that HMGB1 activates inflammatory and angiogenic signaling pathways in diabetic retina mediated by RAGE.
