Abstract:A compact four-channels high gain and high isolation receiver unit has been developed at Ka-band frequencies. A total of 48 input and output signals are present in the receiver unit: 15 RF signals, 16 differential control signals and 5 DC bias feeds. The receiver unit presents 30dB insertion gain, 7.5dB noise figure and over 32dB isolation between the transmitter and receiver paths with an overall transmission insertion loss of 2dB.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations –citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
