High-Frequency Dissipative Optomechanics

Abstract: We demonstrate dissipative optomechanical transduction and backaction in coupled nanobeams. Compared to previous demonstrations, our system corresponds to a hundredfold increase in mechanical frequency and displays a record-high dissipative optomechanical coupling.
