High-electrochemical performance of a highly dispersed nanoporous nanocomposite Ni-YSZ

Abstract: We report here noticeable observations of low anodic polarization resistance in a NiYSZ with highly dispersed nanoporousnanocomposite microstructure. Its area-specific polarization resistance is ³0.38 ³ cm 2 at 550°C. In addition, its methane conversion kinetics is greatly faster than that of a conventional NiYSZ.
