Abstract: INTRODUCTIONRadiotherapy is the standard treatment in locally advanced (IIB-IVA) and early inoperable cases. The current standard of practice with curable intent is concurrent chemoradiation in which intracavitary brachytherapy is an integral component of radiotherapy.
