Abstract: Purpose:The benefit of high-dose chemotherapy (HDC) for metastatic breast cancer (M BC) is controversial. W e evaluated the efficacy and safety of HDC with cyclophosphamide, thiotepa, and carboplatin (CTCb) followed by autologous stem-cell transplantation (ASCT) for MBC patients.
