High-density microbioreactor process designed for automated point-of-care manufacturing of CAR T cells

Abstract: While adoptive cell therapies have revolutionized cancer immunotherapy, current autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell manufacturing face challenges in scaling to meet patient demands.
