Hierarchical MCTS for Scalable Multi-Vessel Multi-Float Systems

Abstract: Systems of multiple low-cost, underactuated floats combined with fully actuated surface vessels can improve the scalability and cost-effectiveness of autonomous systems for marine science and environmental monitoring.
