Hierarchical decision model for throughput maximization in D2D‐enabled LTE‐WiFi HetNets

Abstract: This paper proposes a hierarchical decision model for efficient and fair coexistence of Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) and heterogeneous cellular networks with device‐to‐device (D2D) communications.
