“…We attempted to estimate the prevalence of HS in Singapore and assessed the knowledge and perceptions towards HS in this cross-sectional study following a previously described methodology involving a screening questionnaire followed by dermatologist validation. 5,6 1025 surveys were administered between April and July 2021 (response rate: 61% of 1680 patients approached) to consecutive outpatients attending non-dermatology clinics on the same hospital floor.
