Hidden Globe in an Infant

Abstract: A healthy 7-month-old boy presented for oculoplastic evaluation with an enlarging right periorbital mass. He was born full term with no complications during pregnancy or delivery. The parents noticed asymmetry between the child's eyes since birth and progressive right lower eyelid fullness.
