Heterotopic Pregnancy in a Patient Not on Fertility Treatment

Abstract: Heterotopic pregnancy is a combination of an intrauterine pregnancy and an ectopic pregnancy. This is a rare event but has increased in incidence as in vitro fertilization becomes more common. This type of pregnancy is challenging to image and diagnose with sonography.
