Heritability enrichment in context-specific regulatory networks improves phenotype-relevant tissue identification

Abstract: Systems genetics holds the promise to decipher complex traits by interpreting their associated SNPs through gene regulatory networks derived from comprehensive multi-omics data of cell types, tissues, and organs.
