These three compounds have often been applied as blockers of store-operated Ca 2+ entry in different breast cancer cell types including ZR-75-1 cells which our study used. Our study shows that 2-APB inhibited 1 -induced [Ca 2+ ] i increases by approximately 50% in Ca 2+ -containing medium, which was similar to the magnitude of 1 -induced Ca 2+ influx.…”
