Hepatic haemangioma causing isolated right-sided pleural effusion and bilateral pedal oedema

Abstract: Hepatic haemangioma (HH) is a common benign tumour of the liver and is usually asymptomatic. HH causing isolated right-sided pleural effusion and bilateral pedal oedema due to inferior vena cava (IVC) compression have never been reported in the literature. We report a 35-year-old male patient who presented with breathlessness and mass per abdomen.
