Hemşi̇relerde Otonomi̇ Düzeyi̇ni̇n Mesleki̇ Benli̇k Saygisina Etki̇si̇

Abstract: Bu çalışmanın amacı, hemşirelerde otonomi düzeyinin mesleki benlik saygısına etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılarak tanımlayıcı tipte yapılmıştır. Araştırma verileri bir il merkezinde yer alan dört kamu hastanesinde görev yapan ve çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 265 hemşireden elde edilmiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında, "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", "Dempster Uygulama Davranışı Ölçeği (DUDÖ)" ve "Mesleki Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği (MBSÖ)" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi tanımla… Show more
