Abstract: Aim. To analyze the frequency and nature of hemorrhagic and thrombotic complications in patients with systemic AL-amyloidosis and compare with laboratory changes in the hemostasis system. Materials and methods. The prospective study included 40 patients with newly diagnosed AL-amyloidosis.
