Abstract:Adrenal myelolipomas are rare, benign, nonfunctional tumors composed of mature adipose tissue and hematopoietic elements. Hemorrhage within an adrenal myelolipoma is an uncommon occurrence, and when it happens, it can present with various clinical manifestations.
