Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome in Pregnancy and Postpartum

Abstract: Pregnancy-associated hemolytic uremic syndrome and atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome nonrelated to pregnancy have the same severity at onset and during follow-up and the same frequency of complement gene variants.
