Abstract:La hemocromatosis hereditaria (HH) consiste en una sobrecarga progresiva de hierro que conlleva a un acúmulo anormal del mismo en diferentes órganos blancos; y, que, en caso de no tratarse a tiempo, puede causar una disfunción multi-orgánica.
