Abstract:Three cases of hemobilia in Saudi Arabian patients are presented. Two patients were adult males and one was a 3-year-old girl. Two cases were clearly post-traumatic and one, in an adult male, was due to multiple intrahepatic arterial aneurysms. All patients were observed at the actual time of hemorrhage. The males were treated by hepatic artery ligation and the child had successful embolization of a post-traumatic arteriobiliary aneurysm.
