Hemiscleroderma Alternans

Abstract: Summary A report is given of a case of hemiscleroderma alternans with atrophy of the skeleton and musculature in a four year old girl. The disease had its onset one year earlier in connection with symptoms resembling encephalitis. In view of the course of the disease and the symptomatology. an infectious aetiology appears probable.
