Abstract:Background:
Movement disorders are rare in brain tumors. We describe a 45-year-old woman with hemichorea, a concomitant contralateral sphenoid ridge meningioma.
Case Description:
The meningioma enlarged as her hemichorea worsened, and after meningioma resection, the hemichorea gradually subsided.
