“…ART exposure decreased participants' viral load level with H pylori patients, but not signi cantly, compared to patients without H pylori, with a median(IQR) of 2.17(1.87-3.53) versus 2.45(1.97-4.26) log10 copies/ml, P=0.056), consistent with the studies Ghana [41] with a median(IQR) of 1.59(1.59-2.19) and Romania [9] with a median of undetectable. In the current nding participants' viral load level with H. pylori patients among ART exposed was found tend to be lowered, however, it does not reach signi cant difference compared to without H. pylori control patients with a median(IQR) of 2.17(1.87-3.53) versus 2.45(1.97-4.26) log10 copies/ml, p=0.056) which was parallel with study at Ghana [41] with median(IQR) of 1.59(1.59-2.19) and Romania [9]with median of undetectable. However, a study conducted in Belgium [40] reported a lowered effective signi cant difference of viral load level with a median(IQR) of 50(50-50) versus 50(50-13800) compared to the controls.…”
