“…They have shown that in the presence of the radiation heat transfer the average Nusselt number increases with increasing the thermal conductivity ratio. Nouanegue and Bilgen [12] have numerically studied conjugate heat transfer by natural convection, heat conduction and surface radiation in vertical solar chimney systems boarded by two solid walls with finite conductivity. It was found that the surface radiation modifies the flow and temperature fields and the Nusselt number by natural convection increases with the surface emissivity, the conductivity ratio and the wall thickness.…”
