‘Heart Team’ Concept – A reality or a ‘Platonic Illusion’

Abstract: Post Syntax Trial, ‘Heart Team’ Concept has been ensconsed class I recommendation in both the European and ACC/AHA guidelines and has gained increasing traction in context of complex and multi modality procedures.
