Abstract:The purpose was to evaluate the effects of Mindfulness in Motion (MIM), a Mindfulness Based Intervention, on respiration rate, heart rate, and heart rate variability (HRV). Healthcare providers wore chest strap electrocardiography-based (ECG) devices during MIM sessions (n = 84).
