Heart Rate and Liking During “Kinect Boxing” Versus “Wii Boxing”: The Potential for Enjoyable Vigorous Physical Activity Videogames

Abstract: "Kinect Boxing" was the most preferred and the only condition that was physiologically challenging enough to be classified as a vigorous-intensity physical activity.
