Healthy Teleworking: Towards Personalized Exercise Recommendations

Abstract: Home-based teleworking, associated with sedentary behavior, may impair self-reported adult health status. Current exercise recommendations, based on universal recipes, may be insufficient or even misleading to promote healthy teleworking.
