Healthy eating patterns associated with acculturation, sex and BMI among Mexican Americans

Abstract: Acculturation, age, sex and education are associated with healthy and unhealthy dietary patterns. Nutrition interventions for Mexican Americans should tailor approaches by these characteristics.
