Healthy brain connectivity predicts atrophy progression in non-fluent variant of primary progressive aphasia

Abstract: Neurodegeneration has been hypothesized to follow predetermined large-scale networks through the trans-synaptic spread of toxic proteins from a syndrome-specific epicentre.
