Healthcare providers’ level of involvement in provision of smoking cessation interventions in public health facilities in Kenya

“…Article 14 of the FCTC obligates Parties to take effective measures to promote smoking cessation and provide treatment for tobacco dependence (WHO FCTC, 2005).
