“…Despite observing a significant relationship between education level and health literacy level in the current study, similar to previous studies, 14,15,17 examining the simultaneous effect of training on improving reproductive health literacy by performing linear regression showed that this factor had little effect on improving couples' reproductive health literacy alone. Also, in line with the results of Tavousi et al's 15 study, the investigation of the simultaneous effect of gender on improving reproductive health showed that this factor did not play any role in improving the individuals' reproductive literacy.
