Abstract: in response to a confidential request for a health hazard evaluation (HHE), investigators from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) conducted investigations at the Delaware County Resource Recovery Facility (DCRRF), a municipal waste incinerator located in Chester, Pennsylvania.
