Network marketing’s growth is plagued by ethical concerns, emphasizing the importance of implementing training programs that prioritize integrity. This study aims to analyze how different forms of network marketing training play a role in shaping the marketing ethics of trainees with different identities. It examines how network marketing training shapes ethical proneness of the trainees. Differences in trainee identity (college students vs. incumbent marketers) and training form (college course vs. online training) are also explored. Structural equation model (SEM) is established amongst adaptability, class cooperation, motivation, self-efficacy, and ethical proneness. Through textual analysis, questionnaires, and sim-structural interview, this research conducts three studies to empirically analyze the relationship between factors of marketing training and ethical proneness. It explores the influencing mechanisms of network marketing training on marketing ethics. The relationship between network marketing training and ethical propensity is partially confirmed. The shaping mechanism of marketing ethics is different under different trainee identities and training forms. Positive learning motivation and self-efficacy do not constantly improve trainees’ marketing ethics. Informal online training plays a more significant role in shaping market ethics than college courses in network marketing. Lastly, college students are less likely to have their marketing ethics shaped by training than in-job marketers.

Introduction:Children's Health Queensland (CHQ) established a telementoring hub in Queensland, using the Project ECHO® model, to pilot and scale a range of virtual communities of practice (CoP) to empower the Australian workforce to integrate care. Description:The establishment of the first Project ECHO hub in Queensland facilitated the implementation of a variety of child and youth health CoP that strategically aligned to the organisation's approach to integrate care through workforce development. Subsequently, other organisations nationally have also been trained to implement and replicate the ECHO model to effect more integrated care through CoPs in other priority areas.Discussion: Findings from a database audit and desktop analysis of project documentation highlighted that using the ECHO model was effective in establishing co-designed and interprofessional CoP to support a cross-sector workforce to deliver more integrated care. Conclusion:CHQ's use of Project ECHO highlights an intentional approach to establishing virtual CoP to build workforce capability to integrate care. The approach explored in this paper highlights the value of workforce collaboration amongst nontraditional partners to foster more integrated care.

ZusammenfassungDie Pflegeausbildung weist die Besonderheit auf, dass die berufliche Bildung an unterschiedlichen Lernorten erfolgt. Die jeweils beteiligten Lernorte (Lernort Theorie, Lernort Praxis, zunehmend erweitert durch den dritten Lernort, das Skillslab) beeinflussen und fördern die Entwicklung der Ethikkompetenzen der angehenden Pflegfachpersonen – lernortspezifisch als auch lernortübergreifend – in unterschiedlicher Weise. Diese besonderen strukturellen Gegebenheiten des Lehrens und Lernens wirken sich sowohl auf die Ausgestaltung der Ethikbildung als auch auf die Förderung der Ethikkompetenzentwicklung im Ausbildungsverlauf aus.Die Ausführungen leitet die folgende Frage: Welche spezifischen pädagogischen und didaktischen Anforderungen, aber auch welche bildungsrelevanten Rahmungen ergeben sich angesichts der unterschiedlichen Lernorte für die Ethikbildung und die Ethikkompetenzentwicklung zukünftiger Pflegefachpersonen?Der Beitrag unterstreicht die Relevanz einer systematischen, methodisch reflektierten und lernortabgestimmten Ethikbildung im Bereich der Pflegeausbildung wie auch die Relevanz der bewussten Einbindung ethischer Reflexionsräume in die Prozesse der Ethikkompetenzentwicklung an den jeweiligen Lernorten. Die Besonderheiten der Ethikbildung erschließen sich hierbei aus den pflegeberuflichen Anforderungen an das professionelle Pflegehandeln und aus den Erfahrungen der Lernenden an den unterschiedlichen Lernorten im Verlauf der Pflegeausbildung.
