Abstract:Pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) is rich in bioactive compounds, antioxidant, and volatile substances; under this investigates the impact of pomegranate peel (wastes), juice and preparation of probiotic juice by Lactobacillus plantarum on antimicrobial activity, antidiabetic in vitro and hypocholesterolemic agents by rats.
