Healing Exposed Calvarial Hardware Using Negative-Pressure Wound Therapy and Vashe Wound Solution: Case Report

Abstract: OBJECTIVE:The management of cranioplasty infections has historically been explantation followed by delayed reimplantation/reconstruction. This treatment algorithm necessitates surgery, tissue expansion, and prolonged disfigurement.
