HBx Regulation on HBV Pregenome Promoter in the Episomal Form Versus the Integrated Form

Abstract: Background: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) genome structure is an incomplete closed double stranded circular DNA and it uses covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA) as template for replication.
