HBO1-MLL interaction promotes AF4/ENL/P-TEFb-mediated leukemogenesis

Abstract: Leukemic oncoproteins cause uncontrolled self-renewal of hematopoietic progenitors by aberrant gene activation, eventually causing leukemia. However, the molecular mechanism of aberrant gene activation remains elusive.
