Abstract:Foodborne bacterial hazards and antibiotics resistance are a public health threat. This study aimed at assessing the slaughter conditions, the bacteriological quality of bovine carcasses and at determining the antimicrobial resistance of Escherichia coli strains isolated from bovine carcasses.
