Hazarc with a triple lumen catheter

Abstract: An 86-year-old woman was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit following open reduction and internal fixation of multiple long bone fractures sustained in a road traffic accident. A 20 cm Viggo Spectramed Secalon triple lumen Hydrocath central venous catheter (one 16 and two 18 gauge lumina) was inserted via the right subclavian vein by the lateral approach as part of her postoperative management.
