Abstract: Successful reconstruction of the urethra in patients with failed hypospadias surgery requires experience and good knowledge of the anatomy of the normal and hypospadic urethra and penis. Mastery of plastic surgical techniques and profound knowledge of the various surgical methods of hypospadias surgery are essential.

отделение восстановительной хирургии, республиканский научный центр сердечно-сосудистой хирургии, душанбе, республика Таджикистан Важность проблемы ведения больных с гипоспадией обусловлена не только высокой частотой встречаемости данной аномалии, но и частым развитием послеоперационных осложнений и рецидивов. В данном литературном обзоре представлена информация относительно рекомендаций по ведению больных с гипоспадией, причин развития неудачных исходов, а также основные сведения касательно преимуществ наиболее часто используемых на сегодняшний день методик. Изучение данных литературы показывает отсутствие единого мнения относительно таких важных моментов, как выбор оптимального возраста для проведения операции, применение различных видов мочеотводников, оптимальный метод укрытия дефекта, этапность операции и т.д. Предлагаемые алгоритмы не согласованы, порой противоречат друг другу, и в большинстве своём неудобны в использовании. Всё вышеперечисленное обуславливает необходимость проведения новых исследований касательно оптимизации ведения больных с гипоспадией. Ключевые слова: гипоспадия, врождённые пороки, мочеполовая система, рецидив.
