The influential stage of Internet of Things (IoT) has reformed all fields of life in general but specifically with the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) has drawn the attention of researchers into a new paradigm of life standard. This revolution has been accepted around the globe for making life easier with the use of intelligent devices such as smart sensors, actuators, and many other devices. AI-enabled devices are more intelligent and capable of doing a specific task which saves a lot of resources and time. Different approaches are available in the existing literature to tackle diverse issues of real life based on AI and IoT systems. The role of decision-making has its own importance in the AI-enabled and IoT systems. In-depth knowledge of the existing literature is dire need of the research community to summarize the literature in effective way by which practitioners and researchers can benefit from the prevailing proofs and suggest new solutions for solving a particular problem of AI-enabled sensing and decision-making for the IoT system. To facilitate research community, the proposed study presents a systematic literature review of the existing literature, organizes the evidences in a systematic way, and then analyzes it for future research. The study reported the literature of the last 5 years based on the research questions, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and quality assessment of the selected study. Finally, derivations are drawn from the included paper for future research.

“…An example is the recent dispute between the United States of America and China, which resulted in the United States Department of Defence's restrictions on the use of Huawei technologies (Ernst, 2020;Kaplan and Haenlein, 2020;Kapustina et al, 2020) and which has suffered a series of deadlocks. Goal: Public administration is constantly changing in response to new challenges, including the implementation of new technologies such as robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). This new dynamic has caught the attention of political leaders who are finding ways to restrain or regulate AI in public services, but also of scholars who are raising legitimate concerns about its impacts on public employment. In light of the above, the aim of this research is to analyze the influence of AI on public employment and the ways politics are reacting.Design / Methodology / Approach: We have performed a systematic literature review to disclose the state-of-the-art and to find new avenues for future research. Results:The results indicate that public services require four kinds of intelligence -mechanical, analytical, intuitive, and empathetic -albeit, with much less expression than in private services. Limitations of the investigation:This systematic review provides a snapshot of the influence of AI on public employment. Thus, our research does not cover the whole body of knowledge, but it presents a holistic understanding of the phenomenon. Practical implications:As private companies are typically more advanced in the implementation of AI technologies, the for-profit sector may provide significant contributions in the way states can leverage public services through the deployment of AI technologies.Originality / Value: This article highlights the need for states to create the necessary conditions to legislate and regulate key technological advances, which, in our opinion, has been done, but at a very slow pace.

Challenge and perspective for Digital Silk Road

A Digital Silk Road (DSR) strategy is increasing within the BRI since countries are expected to collaborate on emerging technology for development and trade. Digital connectivity and evolving digital economies, as can be seen in China and some BRI countries, can have a positive effect on growth. However, there are some complexities and risks to DSR arising from the fact that the declared ambitions in the Chinese state differ drastically from the elusive existence of active Chinese participation, particularly in terms of the digital aspect of the strategy. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the perspectives and challenges for DSR, and the implication of BRI goes digital. Drawing from Nethpolitik and Liberal lens, this paper offers a broad overview of the communication and information segment of the initiative, which has so far been undervalued or even overlooked in the existing literature. The study asserts that DSR will broaden economic transition, strengthen regional integration, and support financial sources to boost global multilateralism and political stability. Accordingly, some risks cannot be ignored for DSR, such as political, ideology, data, and privacy hazards.
