Abstract:Increasing interest in measuring key components of the 24-Hour Activity Cycle (24-HAC) [Sleep, Sedentary Behavior (SED), Light Physical Activity (LPA), and Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA)] has led to a need for better methods.
