Hardware differences in the 9373 and 9375 processors

Abstract: In order to have a broad range of performance in processors, more than one model must exist. A family of processors infers systems with enough commonality that a smaller model can be upgraded to a larger one with minimum effort by retaining as much of the existing hardware as possible.
