Abstract:Stoichiometric nano-hydroxyapatite is synthesized and compacted by UP (Uniaxial pressing) and CIP (Cold isostatic pressing). It is sintered (S) and subsequently is immersed in SBF (Synthetic body fluid). Hardness and roughness are analyzed in each part of process. The relationship between hardness and roughness is proportional after UP. While in the CIP and sintering the relationship is symmetric with a maximum.
