“…IgM, IgA, and IgG have all been linked to both the reversal reaction and erythema nodosum leprosum reactions in patients with MB leprosy 47 , 48 , 50 , 71 ; however, without determining the antigen specificity of the recovered immunoglobulins, which is beyond the scope of this study, we are unable to utilize them diagnostically. Other proteins associated with an increased expression during leprosy infections and immune responses are haptoglobin 51 , 75 ; C-reactive protein, 41 , 48 and Apolipoprotein A-1. 48 We found that extracts from two individuals (ZH1114, ZH1117) buried within the leprosarium demonstrated the strongest identified immune response suggestive of active leprosy.…”

“…Gupta et al [11] reported differential expression of Hp and its isoforms in serum of leprosy cases experiencing ENL reaction as compared to healthy controls. Seboka et al [37] revealed that Hp polymorphism and blood groups does not affect leprosy whereas, plasma Hp elevates in leprosy cases and is associated with bacterial loads and leprosy spectrum. Here, based on bioinformatic analysis we found Hp isoform 1 to be overexpressed in the serum of contacts and leprosy cases as compared to healthy controls.…”

“…These new paradigms shift to inclusive education of the country show a need to investigate about implementation of inclusive education in terms of its practices, opportunities and challenges in current school settings. In this regard, [9] stated that the current movements of inclusion of pupils with special educational needs in mainstream schools should be assessed in terms of its potential impact on pupils' academic performance as well as its impact on their social adaptation. This requires an in-depth study in implementation of polices in the education system of inclusive primary schools.…”
